Former undisputed junior welterweight champion and current welterweight world titleholder Terence Crawford will defend his belt against the former unified junior welterweight world titlist on Saturday at the legendary Madison Square Garden in New York City (ESPN PPV, 9 p.m. ET).
Crawford (34-0, 25 KOs) won the WBO welterweight title in a TKO over Jeff Horn in June. Crawford defended the belt in October when he stopped Jose Benavidez Jr. in the last round.
Khan (33-4, 20 KOs) won the WBA junior welterweight title in 2009 with a unanimous decision over Andriy Kotelnik. He defended the belt five times until losing a split decision against Lamont Peterson in 2011. He is 7-2 since then.
