Add former Detroit Pistons All-Star guard Richard Hamilton to the list of retired NBA players who is considering coming out of retirement with the flood of money going to free agents this summer.

Hamilton, 38, told CBS Sports that he has instructed his agent to send out feelers to NBA teams about a possible comeback.
"I'm giving myself 30 days where I am really hitting the gym," Hamilton told CBS Sports. "I'm working on my game. I'm in the weight room. I'm running my two, three miles a day. And I'm trying to see if my body can hold up. If my body can hold up after these 30 days, I will be making a comeback."
Hamilton, 6-foot-7, is the latest retired NBA player to mull a comeback with fellow UConn alum Ray Allen also exploring opportunities. Forward Stephen Jackson is also considering returning. Hamilton was a 1999 draft pick of the Washington Wizards and starred on the Pistons' 2004 NBA championship team. He made three All-Star teams in his nine seasons with the Pistons.
Hamilton last played in the NBA for the Bulls in 2013 averaging 9.3 points in 21.8 minutes per game. He averaged 17.1 points, 3.8 assists and 3.1 rebounds per game in 14 NBA seasons.
Hamilton will return only if the situation is right and he can help a team compete for an NBA championship.
"If I get the opportunity where I can come in and earn my minutes," Hamilton said. "I think that I will be able to make an impact on someone's NBA team."
