The All Blacks have suffered a double injury blow ahead of next Saturday's final Test against the Lions in Auckland.
Fly-half Dan Carter and centre Aaron Mauger have been ruled out after being hurt during the 48-18 second Test triumph in Wellington.
Carter, who scored 33 points and ran the show for New Zealand, is suffering from shoulder bruising, while Mauger has a hamstring problem.
All Blacks coach Graham Henry is not expected to announce his team until Tuesday, but it could be that Canterbury's Leon MacDonald replaces Carter with Wellington centre Ma'a Nonu takes over from Mauger.
The loss of Carter and Mauger is a setback for the All Blacks, but they will still arrive in Auckland as firm favourites to complete a 3-0 Test series triumph.
