Stirling County 19 Boroughmuir 33
Defending champions Boroughmuir were able to pull back five points on inactive leaders Glasgow Hawks but County find themselves even deeper in the drop zone in the BT Scotland Premiership.
The visitors in fact had the four tries needed for a bonus point with only 22 minutes gone at Bridgehaugh.
After five minutes winger Rory Couper had touched down after a run which started in his own 22, and he also grabbed another from his own half, with full-back James Reilly and prop Freddie Lait also scoring.
County had got on the scoreboard with a try from number eight Shawn Renwick converted by Ian Noble. A second try from winger Chris Harris took them into half-time 20-12 behind.
Couper completed his hat-trick in the second half while County managed another Renwick try which was also converted by Noble, but the visitors closed proceedings with a sixth try, from number eight Ben Fisher.
