The Guinness Premiership reaches round five this weekend with third-placed Northampton taking on fourth-placed Wasps in the pick of the latest clashes.
Ben Foden and Shane Geraghty have impressed for Saints, ahead of England's autumn internationals against Australia and New Zealand.
Geraghty continues at fly-half despite the return to fitness of Stephen Myler on the bench. In-form centre Jon Clarke misses out with injury, giving a start to James Downey. Springbok prop Brian Mujati packs down alongside skipper Dylan Hartley in the front-row.
Danny Cipriani is controversially shifted to fullback for the game as Dave Walder comes in at fly-half. All eyes will be on his performance as England look for a replacement for Delon Armitage.
Two other changes to the Wasps side come in the pack as part of the EPS agreement. Gabriel Bocca replaces Tim Payne in the front-row and Joe Worsley rotates with Dan Ward-Smith.
In our Game of the Week, under-pressure Harlequins are still searching for their first win of the season when they entertain an in-form Bath side at The Stoop on Saturday.
Quins, who are close to announcing a successor for the coaching role vacated by Dean Richards, currently lie second to bottom of the table despite ending their losing run with a 17-17 draw away to ninth-placed Newcastle Falcons. Second-placed London Irish travel to face Sale at Edgeley Park in confident mood after seeing off Wasps last week. Chris Malone will make his first start for Irish in Friday night's away clash. Malone, who has performed well in his two appearances off the bench over the past fortnight, starts at fly-half as head coach Toby Booth rotates his squad.
The other changes to the starting line-up that played London Wasps on Sunday are in the front and back rows where Dan Murphy, Danie Coetzee and Richard Thorpe rotate with Clarke Dermody, David Paice and Declan Danaher respectively.
Meanwhile, Sale Sharks director of rugby Kingsley Jones has named a change at fly-half in his side to take on the Exiles. With Lee Thomas suffering with a groin strain, Nick Macleod comes into the starting line-up. Two years ago, Macleod played in five out of six group games for Cardiff Blues in the Heineken Cup and helped them to make the quarter-finals.
Sisa Koyamaibole, who played well in the opening game against Leicester Tigers, also comes back into the side. Dwayne Peel is on the way back from injury after participating in his first training session on Wednesday and is expected back soon as are Charlie Hodgson.and Kristian Ormsby.
After their closely-contested draw away at Bath, title-favourites Leicester Tigers will be hoping to climb the table when they take on Worcester at home. But the Tigers have significant injury concerns. Geordan Murphy dislocated his shoulder in the 20-20 draw with Bath and joins Toby Flood, Sam Vesty and Alesana Tuliagi on the long-term injury list.
Murphy, lock Richard Blaze and centre Aaron Mauger are all ruled out through injury, with Scott Hamilton filling in for Murphy at fullback. Johne Murphy and Matt Smith start on the wings. Tom Croft and Dan Hipkiss return to the starting XV for the Tigers, with Boris Stankovich and summer signing Joe Duffey starting at loose-head and hooker respectively.
Worcester will see Saturday's game as one of their best chances of overturning the form book after a mightily impressive 24-18 win against Sale at Edgeley Park. Worcester boss Mike Ruddock has been forced into changes after he admitted there were "several battered players in the changing room" after their bruising encounter.
The Warriors make three switches in total, with the most notable being a return to action for former All Black wing Rico Gear. He replaces Marcel Garvey out wide, but the other changes are found in the front-row where Adam Black and Chris Fortey replace Matt Mullan and Aleki Lutui.
Table-topping Saracens go in search of their fifth successive win when they visit Newcastle Falcons on Sunday. They will have to do so without injured skipper Steve Borthwick, who needed five stitches and a visit to a specialist eye-clinic after being kicked in the face by Olivier Azam during Sunday's 19-16 victory over Gloucester.
Azam faces disciplinary action whilst team-mate Gareth Delve is unavailable for his part in a brawl with London Irish's George Stowers on September 13.
Newcastle boss Steve Bates has made two changes for the game. Club skipper and former All Black prop Carl Hayman returns to the front-row after missing last weekend's draw with Harlequins and Ed Williamson joins Brent Wilson and Filipo Levi in the back-row after recovering from gastroenteritis.
Wikus van Heerden skippers Sarries in Borthwick's absence and Tom Ryder starts in the second-row. Up front, Matias Aguero returns at prop as part of an all Italian front-row alongside Fabio Ongaro and Carlos Nieto. Derick Hougaard wears No.10 for the league leaders alongside fellow Springbok Neil de Kock.
Rock-bottom Leeds have it all to do if they are to end their losing streak against Gloucester. Leeds were beaten 30-10 in their last outing against Northampton, whilst Gloucester lost a narrow encounter against Saracens 19-16.
Gloucester have made only a couple of changes after losing out to Sarries, with Dave Attwood and Andrew Hazell introduced to the starting line up. Hazell starts in his usual openside berth, with Attwood slotting in to the second-row. Peter Buxton and Akapusi Qera drop to the bench.
Leeds are boosted by a debut for summer signing Seru Rabeni, while skipper Marco Wentzel is also fit and returns to the second-row. Rabeni starts in the No.12 jersey, outside Ceiron Thomas. Flanker Hendre Fourie is fit for a place in the starting XV despite an injury scare last time out.
