David Bednar left the club on Monday for paternity leave. He can miss up to three days, coinciding with the Yankees hosting the Detroit Tigers for a three-game set. Camilo Doval and Fernando Cruz are ninth-inning options while Bednar is away. (June 30)
Mason Miller was reinstated from the Bereavement List and will immediately return to the closer role. Jason Adam and Adrian Morejon return to primary setup roles. (June 20)
Daniel Palencia was placed on the IL with elbow inflammation on June 16, which could mean a long-term absence. Jacob Webb, Caleb Thielbar and Phil Maton are the top closing options in Palencia's absence. (June 17)
Mason Miller (bereavement list) will miss at least the Padres' entire three-game series at St. Louis. Expect Jason Adam, Adrian Morejon and Bradgley Rodriguez to handle save chances in Miller's absence. (June 16)
