We are offering users the opportunity to have their videos shared on espn.co.uk.

Conditions:
To take part in the Challenge and for the chance to your video featured on espn.co.uk:
• You must be over 18 years of age
• You must be a permanent resident of the UK including: Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man
• You must have an active valid Instagram or Twitter account
• You must have the consent of anyone else appearing in your video.
How to submit your Video:
• Navigate to the promotional post on ESPN.co.uk
• Film yourself taking part in the specified challenges as directed in the promotional video
• Post your video to your Instagram or Twitter account as directed in the promotional video, remembering to use the hashtag #OchoAtHome and tag @espnuk
• ESPN will select a winner or winner(s) as per the rules posted for each challenge
• Rules for each challenge will be explained in the promotional video posted each week and listed on the Website
• Please ensure that your chosen location in your house or garden allows you enough space take part in each challenge safely
Period:
The Period for the Challenge is from May 2 to May 9. Videos for individual challenges may be submitted between the dates specified. Videos that are submitted later than the specified end date may not be considered for inclusion on the Website.
Video Selection:
• At the end the week, ESPN will moderate all videos and reserves the right not to accept submissions which do not match technical requirements, contain inappropriate material or breach any of these Rules or Disney's Terms of Use.
• Following moderation, ESPN will select the 'winning' videos according to the judging criteria set out in the promotional video for each challenge at its sole discretion. No Prize: There is no prize. Videos are selected in accordance with the judging criteria and to meet editorial requirements, at ESPN's absolute sole discretion.

General Terms & Conditions
By participating you [and (where applicable) your Parent or guardian] agree to the requirements set out in the Rules, the following General Terms and Conditions and all promotional materials.
1. Videos are accepted from UK residents aged eighteen (18) years and older. If you are under 18, we may need your parent or guardian's permission before we post your submission. Please always get your parent or guardian's permission before submitting a video and please always get the bill payer's permission before going online.
2. By participating in this Challenge: (a) You are providing your information to ESPN or its agents. We (and/or our agents) may ask you for personal information, such as your username. We (and/or our agents) will also collect your username so that we can administer your submission. Your personal information will be used in accordance with our current published Privacy Policy https://privacy.thewaltdisneycompany.com/en/current-privacy-policy/ and may be accessed by or passed to our agents to administer the your submission and to enable ESPN to promote the Challenge in any media including without limitation, ESPN's online and publishing channels and on ESPN's social media accounts. (b) You confirm consent to your personal information being held and processed by ESPN for the purposes of administering your submission, in accordance with (i) the Data Protection Act 1998, the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 and other national laws implementing the Data Protection Directive (95/46/EC), and the Directive on Privacy and Electronic Communications (2002/58/EC); (ii) the General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679) and any subsequent Regulation which replaces any European Directive, and any other similar national privacy law and regulations relating to the processing of Personal Data and privacy, including where applicable the guidance and codes of practice issued by the UK Information Commissioner or such other regulator with competent authority. Usernames/handles will be displayed if and when the videos are posted on the Website. Details provided will only be used in connection with the Challenge.
3. ESPN reserves the right to ask users (or their parent or guardian if applicable) to sign a written release and/or verify the submission before sharing any videos.
4. Videos selected for inclusion on the Website will be at ESPN's absolute sole discretion. The final submissions may be amended for editorial purposes. Due to the nature of the Challenge, not all submissions will be featured during the Challenge.
5. You should not include personal information (such as full names/email addresses) about yourself or others, or feature any brand messaging on clothing or other items in your video. Any messaging featuring such personal details or branded items may not be eligible for inclusion in the Challenge and/or feature on the website.
6. Participation in the Challenge should take place in a safe space in your home or garden. Please ensure that your chosen location allows you enough space take part in each challenge safely.
7. In the event that ESPN wishes to contact you in connection with your video we will do so via an email ending in 'ESPN.com' or by phone with a follow up e-mail. Any email which appears to come from ESPN but using a different ending (e.g. hotmail.com, yahoo.com etc) should be treated with suspicion and forwarded to ESPN. DO NOT respond or act on any e-mail if you are not sure that it comes from ESPN. If you are in any doubt, please contact ESPN.
8. By posting your videos, you agree not to submit anything that is: defamatory, abusive, harassing, threatening, or an invasion of a right of privacy of another person; bigoted, hateful or racially or otherwise offensive; violent, vulgar, obscene, pornographic or otherwise sexually explicit; illegal or encourages or advocates illegal /inappropriate activities; or otherwise harms any person or entity.
9. ESPN reserves the right to disqualify (i) late, misdirected, incomplete, corrupted, lost, illegible or invalid submissions; or (ii) submissions where appropriate authorisation or a requested release form is or was not provided.
10. ESPN reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Challenge or extend or resume the Period without giving advance notice and will do so if it cannot be guaranteed that the Challenge can be carried out fairly, correctly or safely for technical, legal or other reasons or if ESPN suspects that any person has been manipulating entries or the results, or has provided false information or has acted unethically in any other way. To the fullest extent allowed by law, ESPN accepts no responsibility for loss or damages as a result of anyone participating in the Challenge.
11. ESPN cannot accept any responsibility for any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem with any telephone network or line, system server, provider or otherwise which may result in any videos being lost or not properly submitted.
12. This Challenge is not sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated with Instagram or Twitter, and any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Challenge will be directed to ESPN. By submitting a video you are providing your information to ESPN or its agents and not to Instagram or Twitter. ESPN will collect your unique User ID/handle/username so that we can administer your submission i.e. record your submission and select videos.
13. No purchase necessary to take part. This Challenge is strictly for entertainment purposes and may not be used in connection with any form of gambling.
14. ESPN will, on request, make available information that indicates that a valid promotion took place. For information regarding the Challenge send a stamped and addressed envelope to the Customer Services address at ESPN Sports Media Limited, 3 Queen Caroline Street, London W6 9PE, quoting the name of the competition.
