Barbados Tridents are back on a winning streak, they have trounced St Lucia Zouks in grand style. It was again "The Lynch Pin" for Barbados Tridents - Malik who held the innings together and piled up another half-century. After a limping start to the innings they crawled back into the game with some sensible batting from the senior pro. Speed merchants Gabriel, Roach and Edwards bowled quiet efficiently and restricted the Tridents for 148. Early on in the chase, Charles and KP fell cheaply and opened the flood gates. Taylor and Fletcher stitched a 56 run decent partnership but the Tridents kept on chipping wickets. The spin duo - Peterson and Mendis bowled quite nicely, used the conditions to the core and bagged four wickets between them. Emrits came in late to bowl and ripped Zouks apart taking three wickets. As expected Shoaib Malik has been adjudged Man of the match for his match winning innings. That's it from here. On behalf of Chandan, this is Thilak Gowda signing off, take care, cheers.
