Surging Mets author 10-run 12th inning in win over Nationals
Carson Benge hit an RBI single and a two-run double during an historical 10-run 12th inning in New York's wild 16-7 victory over the Washington Nationals Monday, as the Mets became the first NL team to score at least 10 runs in an extra inning since 1919.
