Indiana State takes down Tennessee State 90-69
TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- — Julian Larry scored 19 points, Robbie Avila and Xavier Bledson each had double-doubles and Indiana State beat Tennessee State 90-69 on Tuesday night.
Larry also added six assists for the Sycamores (11-1). Avila scored 18 points while shooting 6 for 10 (3 for 4 from 3-point range) and 3 of 4 from the free-throw line, and added 14 rebounds and five assists. Bledson was 4-of-6 shooting, including 4 for 5 from 3-point range, and went 4 for 4 from the line to finish with 16 points, while adding 10 rebounds.
The Sycamores picked up their 10th straight win.
The Tigers (7-6) were led by Jaylen Jones, who recorded 16 points. Tennessee State also got 12 points, 10 rebounds and two steals from Kinyon Hodges. In addition, Christian Brown had 10 points.
