Marseille v GFC Ajaccio
Ajaccio extend Ligue 1 unbeaten run to eight games
GFC Ajaccio extended their Ligue 1 unbeaten run to eight games despite squandering the lead in a 1-1 draw at 10-man Marseille.Their run of recent good form looked set to continue as early as the 19th minute when Jacques Zoua scored from the penalty spot after Benjamin Mendy came together with Issa Dia inside the area.Marseille responded, though, and levelled before the break when Remy Cabella's weighted pass from the angle of the area was headed home by Michy Batshuayi. The hosts were reduced to 10 men when Abdelaziz Barrada was shown a contentious straight red card for a tackle on John Tshibumbu but managed to hold out for a point.
