James' 25 lead Rider past Delaware 88-85 in OT
NEWARK, Del. -- — Mervin James had 25 points in Rider's 88-85 overtime win over Delaware on Wednesday night.
James had seven rebounds and four blocks for the Broncs (3-8). Allen Powell added 17 points and also had six assists. Tariq Ingraham finished with 16 points.
Jyare Davis finished with 28 points, four assists and three steals for the Fightin' Blue Hens (8-4). Jalun Trent added 15 points for Delaware. Cavan Reilly also recorded 11 points and two steals.
