FARGO, N.D. -- — Andrew Morgan had 27 points in North Dakota State's 73-68 victory against North Dakota on Saturday.
Morgan added five rebounds for the Bison (15-14, 8-6 Summit League). Boden Skunberg scored 15 points and added six rebounds. Jacari White had 13 points and shot 4 for 11 (2 for 8 from 3-point range) and 3 of 4 from the free throw line.
The Fightin' Hawks (17-12, 9-5) were led by B.J. Omot, who recorded 22 points, seven rebounds and two blocks. North Dakota also got 13 points and 11 rebounds from Amar Kuljuhovic. Treysen Eaglestaff recorded 11 points.
The score was tied at 33 at halftime. Morgan scored 13 points in the half. North Dakota State used an 8-0 second-half run to come back from a seven-point deficit and take the lead at 62-61 with 5:05 remaining. Morgan scored 14 second-half points.
