ANAHEIM, Calif. -- Amadou Sow tallied 16 points and 11 rebounds to lead UC Santa Barbara to a 71-68 win over Cal State Northridge in the Big West Conference Tourney quarterfinals on Thursday.

Sow shot 8 for 10 from the line.

Ar'mond Davis had 19 points for UC Santa Barbara (22-9). Jaquori McLaughlin added 12 points. Devearl Ramsey had six rebounds for UC Santa Barbara.

Max Heidegger, the Gauchos' second leading scorer entering the contest at 12 points per game, shot only 11 percent in the game (1 of 9).
