KALAMAZOO, Mich. -- David DiLeo had 24 points plus 10 rebounds as Central Michigan topped Western Michigan 82-75 on Friday night. Larry Austin Jr. added 20 points for the Chippewas. Austin Jr. also had nine assists and five steals for the Chippewas.
Shawn Roundtree had 14 points for Central Michigan (21-10, 10-8 Mid-American Conference). Kevin McKay added eight rebounds.
Seth Dugan had 26 points, 15 rebounds, three assists and three blocks for the Broncos (8-23, 2-16), whose losing streak stretched to five games. Josh Davis added 15 points. Michael Flowers had 13 points and seven rebounds.
The Chippewas improve to 2-0 against the Broncos on the season. Central Michigan defeated Western Michigan 85-64 on Feb. 2.
