Annan Athlet v Albion
Todd leaves it late for Annan
Josh Todd's late strike earned Annan a 2-1 win over Albion, just their third home win of the campaign.Annan came into the clash without a victory in four games but showed no signs of a lack of confidence as David Hopkirk found the bottom corner from inside the penalty area with just eight minutes on the clock. It was no surprise when Albion, unbeaten in nine games in all competitions, drew level in the 70th minute through Scott Chaplain but they created few opportunities to make it three straight league wins. Then, with just five minutes to go, Todd collected Iain Chisholm's pass and fired a right-footed effort into the top corner to secure their first three points since October 25.
