Livingston v Stranraer
Jamieson penalty hero for Livi
Darren Jamieson was the hero as Livingston booked their place in the Petrofac Training Cup final with a penalty shootout victory over Stranraer after the last-four clash ended 1-1.Stranraer striker Jamie Longworth broke the deadlock one minute before half-time when he cut inside and stroked a left-footed strike into the bottom right-hand corner.Gary Glen was introduced on the hour mark and needed just six minutes to stamp his authority on the cup tie as he drilled the ball home after good play by Keaghan Jacobs.Jacobs missed a glorious opportunity to win it for Livingston when he rolled a shot wide in time added on, while Jamieson made a good double save to deny Longworth and Daniel Stoney at the other end in extra time.Craig Malcolm missed Stranraer's first penalty in the shootout and Glen sent his spot-kick wide before Jamieson saved Anthony Marenghi's effort to give Livi a 5-4 win on penalties.
