FLORENCE, Ala. -- — Jacari Lane had 16 points in North Alabama's 69-53 victory over Bellarmine on Thursday.
Lane also added five rebounds for the Lions (7-9, 1-1 Atlantic Sun Conference). Will Soucie scored 12 points while shooting 5 for 10, including 0 for 3 from beyond the arc. KJ Johnson shot 3 for 9 (0 for 3 from 3-point range) and 6 of 9 from the free throw line to finish with 12 points.
Peter Suder finished with 15 points, seven rebounds and four assists for the Knights (4-14, 0-3). Bellarmine also got 11 points from Langdon Hatton. Ben Johnson also had 10 points. The loss was the Knights' seventh straight.
