STOCKTON, Calif. -- Roberto Gallinat scored 12 of his 24 points in the final four minutes and Pacific beat Pepperdine 92-78 on Thursday night.
The Tigers (10-10, 5-2 West Coast Conference) have won four consecutive games while Pepperdine (3-16, 0-7) has lost 10 straight.
Gallinat made four 3-pointers and 8 of 9 free throws. Jahlil Tripp added 21 points, and Jack Williams and Miles Reynolds chipped in 12 apiece.
Colbey Ross and Eric Cooper Jr. each scored 25 points to lead Pepperdine.
Pacific held a double-digit lead for most of the second half. The Waves had a 20-12 surge to pull to 74-70 with 4:35 remaining, but Gallinat scored 12 of the Tigers' last 20 points to seal it. Gallinat converted a 4-point play and made a 3-pointer, and Lafayette Dorsey capped it with a dunk.
