Commentary
Senegal boosted their chances of qualifying from the group stage at the World Cup as a remarkable second half blitz saw them thrash Iraq 5-0 at the Toronto Stadium. They made the perfect start, scoring their earliest goal in the competition's history through a goal from Diarra at a corner. They were also aided by a red card for their opponents, as Sulaka brought down Mane in a promising position. It was originally given as a yellow card, but upgraded to a red after a VAR review. The rest of the first half resulted in few opportunities, but Senegal quickly upped their level after the restart, leading to a goal-laden half. Sarr scored a second following brilliant work from Camara to win the ball and create the goal, before Pape Gueye added a third with a brilliant strike from distance. He then scored another to further increase their advantage, with Ndiaye adding the finishing touch with another long-range effort. Overall, Senegal generated an xG of 3.03 compared to just 0.18 for Iraq. Senegal finish third in Group I and will now have to wait and see if they have done enough to qualify, while Iraq are eliminated from the competition. That brings to an end our live commentary of this incredible group stage match, thank you and goodbye!
FULL-TIME: SENEGAL 5-0 IRAQ
Nearly a sixth goal for Senegal as Ndiaye jinks inside and looks to have found the far corner with a fine effort, but Hassan dives to his left to keep it out. Brilliant stop from the goalkeeper.
It's worth noting that Hassan has made five saves since coming on at half-time. Iraq have imploded in this second half, but are still indebted to their goalkeeper after this display in the second half.
Pape Gueye is in the thick of the action yet again as he launches another effort at goal, but Hassan is down to make an easy save. It's been one hell of an impact from the bench.

Doski is the latest Iraq player to be booked after pulling Diatta's shirt.
