Man United v Bournemouth

The final whistle arrives, signalling the end of a bleak afternoon, and potentially the end of Michael Carrick's Manchester United tenure, as Bournemouth steal away from Old Trafford following a fine 3-0 outing. Goalscoring proceedings began near the conclusion of a pretty nondescript first half. Following a pointless two-footed near miss from Heaven was penalised, the resulting Kluivert free kick was perfect for an unmarked Rayan to volley home in the 38th minute. Five minutes later it was 2-0, as again, the defenders were all over the place. This time, Yoro was at fault, as he slipped under pressure from Truffert before the left-back nabbed the ball and crossed simply for Tavernier to stroke home. While United offered very little for their home fans to smile about as they fired beneath a 1 xG, continued Cherries intent bore fruit in the 71st minute. Cook powered through for Evanilson, luring Lammens out in the process. The Brazilian rounded the sliding keeper before expertly lofting home from 20 yards out on the right. The 2.18 xG-topping visitors continue a fine record in M16, carrying on unbeaten from their last four trips north. Bournemouth move to 13th, while United drift down to 16th after this, an eighth game without a win. Thanks for joining us today. Goodbye!

FULL-TIME: MANCHESTER UNITED 0-3 BOURNEMOUTH

Mount curls an effort on target from range, yet it's catching practice for Petrovic.

Kroupi looks promising as he gets valuable minutes back in the legs. Alas, his impact is limited to an overhit cross from the right.

There'll be a minimum of five minutes of added time.

As they have been intermittently throughout the second half, more United fans are heading for the exits.
