Bulldogs centre Jake Averillo has been forced to self-isolate after potentially being exposed to the coronavirus over the weekend.
Averillo's parents had visited COVID-19 hotspot the Crossroads Hotel in Casula on Sunday, before returning home to where the trio live.
Averillo is expected to be tested for the virus on Monday, but will be unable to play or train with teammates until at least Sunday, July 19 - meaning he will miss next Saturday's clash against the Dragons.
Meanwhile, Parramatta rookie Stefano Utoikamanu has been placed into COVID-19 hold after breaking the game's biosecurity protocols.
Utoikamanu was spotted celebrating with friends and family after his side's win over Newcastle on the weekend.
He will be permitted to return to training if those who he celebrated with produce negative COVID-19 tests.
