Leicester Tigers have announced that Tiffany Youngs, the wife of captain Tom Youngs, is now in remission from the terminal cancer diagnosis she was given last year. Youngs' brother Ben pulled out of the British and Irish Lions squad for their tour to New Zealand when the extent of Tiffany's illness was made apparent in May.
Now specialists have confirmed the improvement in Tiffany's condition, and Ben Youngs will travel to South Africa with England later this month with his brother's blessing.

Tom Youngs told Leicester's official website: "It's unbelievably good news compared with where we were this time last year.
"We would like to thank everyone for their support during the last year. It has been absolutely phenomenal.
"At the Tigers, from chairman Peter Tom right through the club, everyone has been superb with us. And outside the club too, everybody has tried to help in their own way.
"We are a very close family and the Lions were very understanding when Ben made his decision last summer.
"We wish him and all of the England squad all the very best in a big series in South Africa next month."
