A strong South African squad was named Friday for the final tournament in the International Rugby Board's World Sevens Series in Paris on May 27 and 28.
The side has been boosted by the return of Rodger Smith, Jacques Olivier,
Dirkie Strydom and Patrick Petersen, who missed the previous tournaments in
Hong Kong and Japan because of injury or other commitments, coach Norman Mbiko
"To have some of the older guys back is a big boost for us. I am happy with
this squad and I am sure they will acquit themselves well," he said.
South Africa is in pool D with England, Samoa and Georgia.
