Rodgers leads Packers to late win (1:08)

The 49ers suffered the most frustrating and maddening of their five defeats this season Monday night against the Green Bay Packers. The 33-30 loss came as the Niners blew multiple opportunities to put the game on ice before Aaron Rodgers did what he always does and pulled out a win late. "It's probably one of the hardest losses that I've honestly had personally," free safety Adrian Colbert said. "This is a historic field and that guy is a great quarterback and to come in and beat him at home, that's something that we wanted, something we were working for all throughout the week. We are in a slump right now and we've got to find a way (to win)." Instead, things will only get more difficult as the Niners are 1-5 with a short week to prepare for the high-flying Los Angeles Rams.

The 49ers again hurt themselves with a pair of costly turnovers but an excellent game plan from coach Kyle Shanahan kept the Packers off balance and allowed the offense to have its best half of the season with C.J. Beathard at quarterback. Beathard was 9-of-12 for 182 yards with 2 touchdowns and no interceptions for a rating 156.3 and the Niners have a surprising 24-20 lead at the half.

Marquise Goodwin has already set a new career high for PPR fantasy points with more than six minutes remaining in the first half: 26.9. His previous best: 22.4, in 2017 Week 15.
