The Cardinals avoided being eliminated from playoff contention with a win over the Tennessee Titans in an ugly win. But a win's a win.

Does Cardinals receiver Larry Fitzgerald, who moved into third on the NFL's all-time receiving yards list Sunday, plan on catching No. 2 Terrell Owens? "I don't know. I don't know," Fitzgerald said. "That would require me to play another year, I think. I hope to catch him this year." Fitzgerald currently had 15,311 career yards -- 623 behind Owens.

Larry Fitzgerald came into Sunday's game needing 25 yards to tie Randy Moss. The only two players ahead of him now are No. 2 Terrell Owens and No. 1 Jerry Rice.

With that 23-yard catch, Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald passed longtime mentor and friend Randy Moss for third place on the NFL's all-time receiving yards list.

The Cardinals' first half could be summed up with four letters: U. G. L. Y. Blaine Gabbert was sacked four times. The offense gained 64 yards. The defense allowed 142. Arizona didn't score. The only bright spot was OLB Chandler Jones, who had a sack and three tackles for loss.

If the Cardinals don't score on the final 49 seconds of the second quarter, it'll be the second time this season they've gone scoreless in the first half of a game. The other time was in London against the Rams.

Chandler Jones just recorded his 14th sack of the season. That's the most in Cardinals' franchise history through 13 games.

Cardinals LB Gabe Martin is questionable to return with a hamstring injury.

Cardinals inactives: RB Adrian Peterson, WR John Brown, WR Carlton Agudosi, QB Matt Barkley, RB Bronson Hill, OL Max Tuerk, DT Corey Peters.
