GREENSBORO, N.C. -- Denzel Keyes scored 21 points on 9-of-14 shooting and grabbed nine rebounds to help North Carolina A&T beat Maryland-Eastern Shore 78-69 on Monday night.
The Aggies scored 17 of the last 23 first-half points to take a 43-33 lead into the break. A free throw by Miryne Thomas pulled the Hawks within seven points with 2:23 to play, but they went scoreless from there.
NC A&T shot 28 of 54 (51.9 percent) from the field and outscored the Hawks 15-8 from the free-throw line.
Mannion, who recently reclassified and is ESPN's No.11 overall player in the class of 2019, chose Arizona over Marquette.
He'll fit in with Sean Miller's plans for a faster tempo on offense.
Top recruits are starting to take their official visits, meaning it's time to make some predictions about where they're leaning.
