Bob is a machinst/gunsmith, and he's in the middle of making a new rifle for this year. He wanted to make one that's more suitable to this format. He says that he wants the gun to handle a little faster and it has to be really reliable. He says he likes to see what the top guys do, since they use the best equipment, and he follows suit.
