Nebraska quarterback Tanner Lee has progressed this week through the concussion protocol and was on track after practice Thursday for clearance to play Saturday at No. 10 Penn State. "We have not decided what that means about playing time," coach Mike Riley said. Lee has started every game for the 4-6 Cornhuskers. He was injured in the first half last week at Minnesota and Patrick O'Brien finished the game.
