SAN ANTONIO -- Dalton Sturm threw for four touchdowns and ran for a fifth, all in the first half, as UT San Antonio dismantled Southern 51-17 in a nonconference game Saturday night.

Sturm sandwiched a pair of touchdown passes to Shaq Williams, from 17- and 14-yards out, around his own 8-yard run for a score in the second quarter, then capped his first half with an 11-yard pass to Josh Stewart for a 48-0 lead.
Bryce Rivera took over at quarterback for UT San Antonio in the second half and his pass was picked off by Danny Johnson and returned 61 yards for Southern's first score.
