SEATTLE -- Asijha Jones scored 15 points, Barbara Turner and Lindsay Whalen had 13 each, and the Connecticut Sun snapped Seattle's 10-game home winning streak with a 74-67 win over the Storm on Monday night.
Lauren Jackson led Seattle (7-6) with 26 points. Sue Bird had 13 points and five assists. The Storm had won their first six home games this season and a record-tying 10 in a row over the last two years.
The Sun led 57-50 early in the fourth quarter before the Storm rallied to go ahead 65-63 on a basket by Sheryl Swoopes with 2:20 left.
The Sun (9-2) had a five-game winning streak snapped Friday at Los Angeles, losing 98-93 in overtime.
Comets 88, Dream 79
HOUSTON -- Michelle Snow had a season-high 18 points and 13 rebounds to lead the Comets over the winless Dream.
Atlanta (0-10), still looking for the first win in franchise history, became the third team in WNBA history to start a season with 10 straight losses. The Detroit Shock lost its first 13 in 2003, and Houston lost a franchise-record 10 in a row to start last season.
Snow had her first double-double of the season and Tina Thompson added 12 points and a season-high seven assists as the Comets (3-7) improved to 3-1 at home and won-back-to-back games for the first time this season.
